At the helm of KM Events are Meltem Bayazıt Tepeler and her daughter Cemre Tepeler, whose combined leadership bridges legacy and global expansion. Meltem has played a pivotal role in elevating Turkey’s wedding industry internationally, while founding professional associations and contributing to academic development in event management.

Cemre, with a background in luxury hospitality and international marketing, extended the brand’s presence into Dubai and beyond. Together, they guide a globally respected house of luxury celebrations, shaping weddings that feel culturally rich, meticulously produced, and internationally renowned.

Shortly after my husband and I got engaged, I reached out to KM events to start the arrangements for our wedding in Istanbul. The thought of planning a wedding overseas, was quite daunting, but Cemre from KM events made the entire process incredibly smooth from the start. The first thing that struck us was how generous Cemre was with her time, she made us feel like we were top priority right from the beginning.

Unfortunately, our wedding was impacted by the pandemic and we had to change the destination to London, however in the 1.5 years of rescheduling, Cemre was amazing in giving us all options, working with us tirelessly so that we could celebrate our wedding day. When we decided to move our wedding to London, we were without a doubt certain that we wanted KM Events to plan our wedding events. The attention to detail that KM Events exhibited was truly remarkable. Every aspect of our wedding was meticulously planned and executed flawlessly. Cemre had an incredible ability to anticipate our needs and preferences, making the planning process incredibly smooth and stress-free. On the day of the wedding, Cemre’s calm and composed demeanor helped alleviate any nervousness, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the day. Every transition, from the bridal preparations, to the ceremony, to the cocktail hour and through to the reception, was seamless.Their generosity with time, attention to detail, and ability to add a personal touch made our wedding an unforgettable experience.
